With a degree in Sport, Fitness & Coaching, a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, and a UESCA Ultra Running Coach certification, I combine scientific principles with real-world ultra experience.
I’ve trained for and completed demanding endurance races — including the Arc of Attrition, Maverick Jurassic Coast 50, South Downs Way, multi-day events, and 100km challenges — and I’ve coached runners to marathon PBs, ultra PBs, podiums, and finishes at bucket-list races.
